What is it
A monthly repair program that covers a range of options

What it covers
Active phones with repairable damage

What it doesn't cover
Varies by service option, but always exclude:

Extreme physical or liquid damage
Limited Edition phones, such as the Bloomingdales, Phat Farm, Bobby Jones and NASCAR® models

How it works
Applies to all the phones on your account
Lets you choose either Walk-in Service or Door-To-Door Express
Repairs or replaces any phone (exceptions apply) that displays repairable damage. Service Center staff determine whether a phone will be repaired or replaced.
Returns phone to you within advertised turnaround time (excluding weekends and holidays). Some repairs may require additional processing time.

Cost
Account Type Number of Active Phones on a Single Account Cost per Phone
Level 1 1 to 50 $3.00/month
Level 2 51 to 999 $2.00/month
Level 3 1000 plus $1.00/month

Full account participation is required. Volume pricing based on number of active units per account.
