How it works

Lets you choose either Walk-in Service or Door-To-Door Express |

Repairs or replaces any phone (exceptions apply) that displays repairable damage. Service Center staff determine whether a phone will be repaired or replaced. |

Returns phone to you within advertised turnaround time (excluding weekends and holidays). Some repairs may require additional processing time. |
